Michigan Newborn Photographer {Meet Henry}
I’m so pleased to introduce a sweet new member of our studio family! Meet Henry! He’s unbelievably cute and tiny! He was born at 32 weeks gestation and despite that is doing perfect! I’m so pleased for his lovely parents and gorgeous big sister! His sister Ellie will always hold a soft spot in my heart because she’s the same age as my daughter and I met her at just 9 days old. She’s a fabulous and loving big sister and I am so excited to watch her and Henry’s relationship blossom over the next few years!
So without further adieu: Meet Henry! Super super cute!

Holland MI Wedding Photographer ~Jeremy & Liz
A huge shout out to newly-weds Jeremy & Liz! It was such a pleasure photographing their wedding in Holland MI. The reception was gorgeous and loads of fun at the Trestle Stop in Hamilton MI.
Jeremy & Liz first met in class at college. Liz says that she knew Jeremy was “the one” when she couldn’t imagine her life without him. These two are so sweet and loving. Jeremy said he adores Liz’ selflessness and Liz said she was bowled over by Jeremy’s kindness to others. I love how Jeremy just can’t stop smiling when he’s looking at Liz!
The Proposal: Jeremy surprised Liz with a candle lit dinner and dessert. She was very surprised and excited!
Besides getting married -‐ what’s the one thing they were looking forward to on their wedding day? The food and dancing!
What inspired their décor or theme? pinterest!

M & A | Grand Rapids Maternity Photography
Mike and Amanda are expecting their first baby in June! I’m so excited for them! They’ve decided not to find out whether its a boy or girl til it is born… 
I hate that because I am SOOO curious! I can’t wait to meet baby D and I know Mike & Amanda are going to be great parents! These baby bump pictures are great! I love them all!

Maternity Portraits Grand Rapids – Sports Style!
I love photographing maternity portraits aka the Baby Bump! Its such an exciting and extraordinary time in a family’s life. The waiting and anticipation for the new life. Life is never the same after a precious baby is born.
Its sooo cool when the couple comes up with new and fun ideas to incorporate in a maternity session. These two are sweet friends of mine and they are fun lovin’ and mega sports lovin’! If Jeremy (from Clear Channel Radio- www.westmichiganstar.com) & Kim (http://www.kimbolker.com/home/) aren’t playing sports (think dodge ball) they’re rooting for the Bears and the White Sox! You can catch these two at random Whitecaps games too.

Grandville Michigan Engagement Pictures {Jeremy & Elizabeth}
Jeremy and Elizabeth are such a sweet couple! I’m honored to be photographing their wedding in May next year! They will be having a wedding outdoors in Holland, Michigan! So exciting!
Their engagement session was a lot of fun! I love it when we can capture the romance and feeling in a couple’s eyes. Its such a joy to capture them in this exciting stage in their lives! For all you who are getting married soon- don’t forget the engagement portraits. Sometimes people think that its not really important because they will be having lots of wedding pictures soon, but the truth is, you are only engaged once and this time of your life is truly special to look back on and remember. It brings back all kinds of memories even long after the wedding!

Back to School Photos!
How many of you remember getting your ‘school pictures’ taken every year? Ugh… I remember every year some weird guy would stand there and say (to every single girl) “Smile and think of your boyfriend”… Or some such inane comment… and I would sit there and think “ew!” Hey I was 8 what can you expect?!! The picture was generally awful with either a very awkward pose or expression.. And if by some lucky chance it wasn’t terrible, it was at the very least BOR-RRING… So this year, I’ve decided to save your children from having to watch you purchase these awful images and give you a GREAT deal! I’ve never done this before and how this year goes will determine if I do it again! I’m going to offer to MATCH YOUR SCHOOL PRICING! What does that mean? You will come in with your child’s school portrait pricelist, and I will take several great images of your child (or children!) and you can pick whichever one you want! Whats the catch? None! You will pre-purchase your package based on the school price list and choose from the images taken on our private website and I will mail them to you! Additional prints, packages, images etc can also be ordered afterwards from the same pricelist (must be ordered within the time frame the images are online)…
This special is ONLY available for the month of September and the first two weeks of October! In my home studio located off of 44th St in Kentwood. Please call or email as soon as you receive the school pricelist as I will limit this special to only what I can reasonably accommodate.
FAQ-
Q: What about the yearbook picture?
A: Don’t worry- the school photographer will still take your child’s picture for the yearbook and any id badge etc needed for the school even if you choose not to purchase.
Q: Can my pre-school kids get in on this too?
A: Absolutely! This deal is for all kids in Pre-K through 11th grade!
Q: How many outfits can my child wear?
A: For this special, you are limited to one outfit.
Q: Do you have backgrounds to choose from?
A: Yes, I have several unique backgrounds to choose from.

Newborn Photography Grand Rapids Michigan [Welcome sweet baby girl Rayna]
This sweet little girl was such a joy. She was such a good little sleeper for me and I could just snuggle her all day long! Alas she had to go back to her mommy! At least I can always see her little face in the images we got! Enjoy the sneak peek!
