Our Advanced classes recommended for students who are comfortable with their cameras and have basic knowledge of adjusting their exposures.
Advanced Camera Skills $225: Have you learned the basics of ISO, aperture and shutter priority but really want to advance your camera skills and learn more on manual camera settings and more on lighting? This class will be hands on. We will spend some time outdoors and some in a studio setting learning lighting. You will be required to have an SLR and know how to change your camera settings. This class focuses and understanding manual camera skills and seeing ‘the light’. A live model will be available as well. Limit of 15 students. Will be rescheduled in the case of rain.

Outdoor/Indoor Posing and Lighting $225: Limit of 15 students. This class concentrates on natural lighting and posing both male and female subjects. There will be live models and students will have hands-on opportunity to learn to pose and create great outdoor portraits. 3 hours. Class will be rescheduled in event of storms. Class will NOT be rescheduled due to overcast, sun, or wind. Recommended Equipment- SLR camera and a lens. Off camera flash and tripod suggested but not required.

Outdoor Landscape Photography $225: This class will be held at dawn or dusk for the best possible lighting. (ie plan to wake up extra early or stay up late for this class!) Limit of 15 students. This class will be held at Lake Michigan (Muskegon area). Will be rescheduled in case of rain. 3 hours. You will need an SLR camera, lens, and a tripod. Comfortable Hiking shoes and weather appropriate clothing will be appropriate.
